Anybody have experience with these...in particular the 7'2" medium fast model? Thinking of adding one of these to the quiver when I get my next profit sharing check. I already have a Tharp series and a lancer pro series rod..both are fantastic for the money. No reason to think the Cobb would be different..just looking for first hand experience.

I happen to have that model. It's the only Cobb I have. I bought it because that blank isn't available in the Tharp series, or any other series for that matter. It never leaves the deck. Light Trigs, grubs, jerks, topwaters, senkos, lighter spinnerbaits.... It does alot well. Same as a Lancer. Different cometics. Outstanding value.

I wondered if you had that model and was hoping you'd chime in. I'm thinking of using it for light T rigs and finesse swim jigs...sounds like it would work well for those.

I've been extremely impressed with my Ark rods.

It's great for both of those techniques. You'll find lots of uses for it.
