Is the main culprit the search engine ?

I've noticed an increase in decade old threads being resurfaced and start to replie then bail once I see the date. Lol

 

It does however create more discussion but most times the OP is long gone.......and I thought I was old. ?

Yep, there are a lot of times when you Google something some of the top answers are links to BR.

That’s how I ended up joining BR. I was always searching stuff and BR was usually there to help

Yes, but if it’s regarding rods, reels, lures from a decade ago - the technology is obviously dated and the curse of the Bait Monkey requires you to buy something FAR better :shocked:

There's a resurgence of old threads...People need to go out and fish.

It has been a long, cold Winter in Northern states so people are bored and they are bringing up old threads.

I KNOW why I like old fishing threads.   There were a HECK of a lot more fish everywhere to catch & release ..............Everyday.

 

  Oh well.
