Lately it's been my Nanoace Worm & Jig 6'9" Medium Fast. I can feel fish eyeballing my Neds.

Right now? Well... Waters finally into the high 50's. Bass are moving shallow into the bushes. Pitchin season has begun, so I'll go with my Ark Tharp "King Cobra". Moves bigguns out of heavy cover like a champ, and throws <2 pounders clean over the boat.

That said, the whole Tharp series are my favorite rods for their intended tasks that I've ever had.

Dobyns SSM 704C.    Sierra Series Micro guides 7ft 4 power. They call it heavy but it's really mh with a great tip and plenty of backbone.

I don't show favoritism.  All my rods are equal.  Except the one with the microguides.  That one, I could part with.

Kistler KLX-TCRWJ-70MH (7’, MH/F). It’s called a jig & worm rod and just feels right with almost any bait on it.

I've never owned or used any high end rods so I will have to go with my old BPS Pro Qualifier in 6' MH. Use it for my soft plastics. It has a Lew's Tournament MP on it in 6.8:1.

That's a good combo .

My 3/8-1/2oz jig rod. It’s a Pride Rods CS7H.

Interesting looking sticks, but…

I would be really afraid to type “pride rods” in the browser at work.

can't do it - there's not a bum in the crowd

I could pick a least favorite, Omen Green 7'7" ML spinner, but then I can also pick a niche where it's the exact rod to load in the kayak.

Couldn't pick out one favorite, but can name 2 least favorite...Daiwa Ballistic 7'7" MR and 7' MH Airrus Ultra XL.  I can't think of any niche where either rod would be the best choice.

Probably my G Loomis Bronzeback or my St Croix Bass Mojo.

7’ Berkeley Lightning. I’ve got way more expensive rods, but it’s comfortable and I find myself taking it almost every trip.

7' MH Lightning was my jig rod for a long time. Outstanding for the $$$.

Tough choice but I have a Z Bone 7 ft 3  LMH that is just a great finesse jig and even moving bait rod.

Duckett Micro Magic 7' LM spinning rod.  Light enough for light baits but enough backbone for several 6lb+ bass.

First time I used my Dobyns Champ XP 734 I fell in love with it. I’ve since bought a Sierra refurb 734 and I like the Sierra almost as much. I use them both as do everything rods and other than a jerkbait rod and one spinning rod, the 734s carry the load. I rarely throw crankbaits.
There are probably other rods that I’d really like, but I’m not made of money.

I contemplated the expert version of that rod as a pitching and frog rod.  I went expert amistad instead.

The expert version has a heavier top weight and is quite a bit stiffer. Has a different name also. When I called falcon the gentleman on the phone told me it’s a completely different rod. The amistad must be pretty sweet.

yeah, there is the eye crosser and the bayou. One is cara, one is expert but I never remember which. Both were made for frogs on mats and heavy pitching but with the differences you noted.  I think both would do double duty pretty well.

The amistad expert is sweet.  I put 50lb 832 braid on it because we get a ton of grass and lily pads here. It will be my main jig and plastics rod come June or July when things really get growing. In the meantime it’s throwing Alabama rigs and heavy spinnerbaits just fine.  I’ll frog with it on heavy mats when it’s time.
