Super User JustJames Posted April 19, 2022 Super User Posted April 19, 2022 I didn’t see this on Sunday when we have party at the beach not even yesterday evening (different beach). I said carp spawning at first when only see all the bubbles. Looked closely I saw some white powder like. Some said algae bloom but look like some kind of water treatment. It get pretty hot quick this year in SoCal. Quote

Scary now, I started seeing weed coming beside all the moss we got the last few weeks. Quote
