So the same size container as the 3003 but no walls correct.

I don't know if that exists... you could always snip the walls out of 3003

Exact size?  If not....if you have a little wiggle room, try places like Michael's, Hobby Lobby, Harbor Freight....lots of options if it doesn't say 'tackle' in description....often cheaper, too.

Exactly. Flambeau and Plano produce them in the larger sizes, can't find an equivalent, even with another brand. Meiho comes close but they are deeper so I can't fit 4 of them in my bag.

They don't have to be "exact", I'd like them too fit in my bag without loosing too much room for lures. I'll have to try back at Michael's again, but I never thought about Harbor Freight, thank you.

Might try cutting the dividers on the one I have to see how it works out. I have actually sold off a lot of my stuff and have been limiting my selection to two containers in a waist pack. Thanks to all for the help!

Go to the grocery and get some plastic food containers.  The only drawback is the lids aren't attached when they're removed.   You can get a variety of sizes.

You know what, that's the one thing I never thought of.

I use the plastic photo boxes that I pick up at the different craft stores.  They're usually roughly 6"X 8" inches or 4"x 6 inches.  I line them with 6 mm craft foam and make rows in them.  Mainly I use them for flies, but I've been making up buck tail and other jigs for dark side fishing for my Ontario trip in late August.  I can get as many as 24 jigs in the larger boxes and the materials don't get bent out of shape and they fit easily into my tackle bag.  I haven't tried them with lures,  They should work for certain types.

Take a pencil soldering iron & melt where they are attach to the box & remove.

You won't find many looking for tackle boxes, but in the hardware, and tool box realm they abound. I have a few that are the size of a 3700 with one or two partitions, I remember seeing one compartment ones at the time, but don't recall where.
