I'd like to get to the pegboard way in my new house, but for now they're in large Rubbermaid totes.

Right now I don't have enough spare hard or soft baits to put on pegs. Only use 1 drawer of that Sterilite container in fact to store both.

They aren't in the pack long enough for me to think about it!  Straight into the tackle box they go.

If a bait can make it from the store to the truck without getting opened, I bought a lot of stuff and didn’t have time to get to that bait yet.

Extra baits get hung on a peg board, by their hooks, cause the packaging got destroyed in the opening process.

As of right now one of these.  But, I’ve out grown it.  So I have a water proof box that cnc lathe manuals came in from Japan.  I’m completely cleaning the garage on my next day off.  Which, after I’ll be adding a bunch of storage.

At this I’d put most tackle stores to Shame with just my eBay winnings with hard baits.  As when I win I usually win duplicates IE lucky craft and war eagles.

Big tote boxes for plugs and soft plastics in the plastic locking lid shoe boxes like Bass Whole said ?

No, I mean the actual boxes that boots and sneakers come in. Between military boots, and past in the sporting goods industry, I have maybe 100. I put a little masking or painter's tape on them to label them, but I know what's in them anyway, and most have just one type of bait. The whole peg board thing doesn't make sense to me.

I have some pegboard in my garage, however typically I will get another 3700 box.

For cranks for example, I will start organizing by color and depth if I get to the point I have so many. Then for a specific day, if I want to grab a couple from each, I can do that without bringing out so many 3700's on the boat.

Same here, but no garage.  I have a wall in my workshop dedicated to hard baits and replacement hooks. The opposite wall is for soft plastics.
