Barbless Frog Hooks?

So I kept finding spro frogs everywhere I went fishing. I found a really good one and used it. But I had a bass bent the hook so I bent it. The barb on right side of the frog is gone and I’m kinda curious if that’ll effect much.

 

So do any of y’all fish barbless frogs?

For other presentations yes, I use to fish barbless, but not frogs. Why, because with frogs your hookup ratio is much less than with any other bait. I'll keep my barbs on my frogs, thank you very much.?

If it's gone because you squeezed it, you can bend it back out.

I smash barbs on all my hooks...except frogs.  No friggin way

I did do that but it snapped off

I used one on accident once, big huge largemouth jumped at the boat and threw it. Went to look at my hooks and the barbs rusted off

It was an accident! And in the dark. Don’t throw you lures into the bottom of a 5 gallon bucket

Tn and me check our hooks every 25 years.  We give the fish a chance.

Nope, that frog needs new hooks.  

Asking to lose fish by throwing a frog without barbs.
