My dad fished whenever he could, but was busy working much of the time. So my older brother was the one who got me going on bass fishing. Fishing in the evenings on our grandpas farm here in Missouri. We stayed on the farm in the summer helping with chores. There wasn't a whole lot of things to do in the evenings, so fishing was what we always did.           I've been grateful for the experience ever since.

Nothing like having a grandpa that owns a pond! Can't beat that.

 Nah. Only one vowel lol.

Eliminating vowels isn't a bad strategy, but I find that eliminating certain consonants is a better one.

Started with SPORT this morning, and had it to 50/50 after the second word, picked the wrong one so ended with 4. It is rare that I don't get it in 3 or 4. Been tweeking the algorithm for a while.

Nobody in my life influenced me to start fishing, except maybe someone on Youtube. Four years ago I realized I lived 10 minutes from The Delta. For some reason I watched a fishing video on Youtube, coulda' even been a Googan for all I remember. Bass Pro Shops was 2 miles away from me so I checked it out.

I caught my first fish with my grampa as a small boy but it didn't get me into fishing.
