Johnpenguin Posted March 13, 2022 Posted March 13, 2022 I sent in my Antares to get a cleaning and it was returned with missing screws and missing the spring that opens the side plate. I contacted them again and they sent it in again in the same condition. I tried to confront them about the horrible service and then they said they it wasn’t their problem.(I spent $100 sending it to them)This is their flagship reel that cost me $600. I just want to inform true fisherman about this. Would you forgive them? 1
DINK WHISPERER Posted March 13, 2022 Posted March 13, 2022 How in the world did you spend $100 sending it to them!? On average it's $10 to ship a reel. I've never sent in reels for cleaning to them but have had many other interactions with CS and they've always taken care of me. 3

Super User roadwarrior Posted March 13, 2022 Super User Posted March 13, 2022 From FAQs I have a dispute with 'company X'. Can I post about it here? While we can empathize with your frustration, the best course of action is deal directly with the company. Escalate it up the ladder, file a grievance with PayPal or Ebay (if they were involved with the transaction). File a mail fraud complaint with the post office. There are other options, but attacking the company in a public forum is not appropriate nor allowed. Such posts will be removed 1
