Super User A-Jay Posted March 6, 2022 Super User Posted March 6, 2022 Over the years I suppose I could have checked any of these three categories. With much of what I do grow now white or gray, I'm currently a clean shaven dude. My dome too. This was my last attempt at a 'beard' . . . A-Jay 3 Quote
Super User MN Fisher Posted March 6, 2022 Super User Posted March 6, 2022 Air Force days I grew a mustache...of course kept it within regs. About a year or two after I got out in '84, I started the beard. It varies between well groomed and a messy 'mop' depending on whether I take the time to trim it before a shower or not...sometimes go weeks without a trim. 5 Quote

A-Jay It's in sad shape - I only wear it around the yard if it's snowing or raining anymore. Was a B-Day gift from the parents....in 1982. Ya, I still got it - but it's definitely seen better days. 2 Quote
Super User gim Posted March 6, 2022 Super User Posted March 6, 2022 Short hair and clean shaved. I find excess hair to be itchy and annoying. Plus I use less shampoo. I played ice hockey and football when I was younger and having short hair was always more comfortable under a helmet. 2 Quote
Super User Mobasser Posted March 6, 2022 Super User Posted March 6, 2022 Clean shaveen and short hair. I get a haircut every three weeks 2 Quote
Super User Jigfishn10 Posted March 6, 2022 Super User Posted March 6, 2022 Shave twice a week. I’m sporting the 70’s look with a part down the middle…a wide part down the middle….almost like you’re looking at a channel with your electronics. 4 Quote

Global Moderator 12poundbass Posted March 7, 2022 Global Moderator Posted March 7, 2022 About 25 years ago I tried the surfer look with somewhat longer hair. I’ve always kept it shorter, maybe 2” up top. Now I don’t have squat for hair so I keep it about as short as you can without using a razor (not quite ready for that). The beard, I keep it short and trimmed. Once a year during the winter I’ll let it grow a bit until it starts to bug me then I’ll trim it back. I just trimmed it last week actually after letting it grow for a couple months. The longer it got the more grey I noticed so that was a bad idea. The wife would kill me if I took a razor and went to bare skin, she says I have a baby face. 2 Quote

Super User Mobasser Posted March 7, 2022 Super User Posted March 7, 2022 I have grown both a short beard and goatee in years past. It just doesn't look good on me. I think beards look good on some guys. Mine kinda makes me look like my face is dirty... 1 Quote

I got a few stick-ups and a definite weed patch (could by hydrilla, could be milfoil ) on the front of the channel towards shore. At at the back end of the channel is bare hard bottom. The "boomerang" looking things on your screen aren't actually fish, they're actually undercuts in the terrain (scars). You see, when I got into construction, hard hats weren't actually in vogue back then. 3 Quote
Super User slonezp Posted March 7, 2022 Super User Posted March 7, 2022 Look up Tony Mustache on YouTube. By far my favorite fishing channel. Most of the videos aren't G rated so I won't post a link. 1 2 1 Quote
