Super User ATA Posted March 6, 2022 Super User Posted March 6, 2022 What is the difference between Dobyns Champion XP DC 806 HSB-LH and DC 806 HSB? Both of them have exactly look alike in everything. Except that LH, It made me think it is Left Handed rod which I never seen. Quote
Kevhead19 Posted March 6, 2022 Posted March 6, 2022 It means Long Handle. The rods are the exact same blank but the LH model has a much longer grip from back of reel seat to butt. The LH model's reel seat is essentially where the non LH 806's fore grip is. 1 2 Quote

No, like a shinny penny, I pick up funny where I find it... True story, when I first joined the Boy Scouts, they sent me over to the next troop's camp to "borrow a left handed hammer" 2 Quote

The logo is on the other side, and the guides are wrapped the other way to reduce torque... Remember, two wrongs don't make a right, but three lefts do, (except in NJ)... 2 Quote
