Tortillas, eggs, sliced tomatoes, shredded butterkase cheese, sliced mozzarella cheese, fresh parsley, salt, pepper, and basil.

Put a flour tortilla in a non stick pan, crack 3 eggs on top of the tortilla, salt, pepper, and basil and buttercase cheese. Put another tortilla on top and cook on medium low until egg is firm enough to flip. Flip the tortillas, put sliced tomato on top, sliced mozzarella on top of the tomatoes, more butterkase cheese, salt, pepper, basil, and fresh parsley. Put cover on pan and cook until the cheese is melted.

Looks great, man. Once my BP issues hold steady, I'll be trying this one!

I'm thinking next time maybe adding some italian sausage and green pepper

Found the recipe on youtube and I'm really glad I tried it.

Looks great....but remember that ANY pizza you eat for breakfast is, by definition, a breakfast pizza.

With 2 tortilla shells employed, perhaps it should be a breakfast quesadilla? :)
