DN3 Posted February 28, 2022 Posted February 28, 2022 Have an oldish Daiwa Tatula Type R that’s probably due for some service…wondering if anyone in the forums here specializes in Daiwa reels? Quote
Aaron_H Posted February 28, 2022 Posted February 28, 2022 I would contact @Delaware Valley Tackle, services all reel brands as far as I know. 3 Quote

zpelletier Posted February 28, 2022 Posted February 28, 2022 No personal experience but The Tackle Trap seems to have a good reputation 1 Quote
garroyo130 Posted February 28, 2022 Posted February 28, 2022 Nothing out of the ordinary on those reels that would require someone who specializes in them ... but as others have said @Delaware Valley Tackle is a solid choice 2 Quote

About to make a 2nd purchase, actually. Haven't used them for servicing as of yet, but their retail end is exceptional. Quote
Delaware Valley Tackle Posted February 28, 2022 Posted February 28, 2022 In the grand scheme of things there’s nothing in the Tatula that a competent tech can’t handle. I’ll be happy to help you if you wish. You can click my logo and go to my site for a work order form containing our address and send at your convenience or you can take advantage of our new reservation service by contacting us for a date. Thanks Mike 4 Quote

Thanks Mike DVT has handled several of my reels now and Mike has done a great job. Only downside for me is the cost to ship both ways. That’s what I get for living where I do, I suppose! Quote
