Wow, when I read the title I thought this won't be too hard. But as I read through the names...man, I honestly can't narrow it down. So many awesome, fun, knowledgeable guys I'd like to spend boat time with.

There are many members here I would like to fish with. The one I can't pick is @A-Jay. He has this thing about being on the water at 3:00AM. At that time of morning I would be lucky if I didn't fall out of the boat. LOL.

As for pros it would be.

Ok I got 4 ?

@LovestoFish We have an on going discussion about Toledo Bend for 4 yrs now.

@riverrat I rented his camp on Toledo Bend last spring. Beautiful place in the middle of some of the best fishing on the lake.

@A5BLASTER He's been round Toledo Bend longer than me!

@RonnieF Another Toledo Bend junkie

After these Toledo Bend junkies I would start with members who have been here as long & longer than me.

I don’t like this sort of thing because when you start naming them, you leave people out. I’d want to fish with a lot of BR members. Everyone’s niche seems very cool and I’d want to experience it.

@TnRiver46 for some southern smallmouth

@A-Jay Don’t think I need to explain this one

@pdxfisher The Columbia River seems so unique and underrated as a bass fishery. Would love to go there some day.

@Way north bass guy Georgian Bay! Never seen that beautiful part of my country.

@Spankey super knowledgeable about river smallmouth!

So many more that I could name, it’s ridiculous and I feel guilty leaving them out but oh well.

Pros are hard too:

Jeff Gustafson

Frank Scalish

Gerald Swindle

Brandon Palaniuk

I'd benefit from fishing with d**n near anyone. I've only ever fished by myself.

BR: AJ as he is a fellow Northern guy and apparently fishes out of a canoe sometimes. Glenn from BR also as seems like a good guy and knowledgeable.

Bob Izumi as a Canadian legend, nice guy, good fisherman, knows Canadian waters.

Blaukat as someone you could learn from and a good teacher.

T-bassin as tackle junkies.

Greg Blanchard as I kayak fish.

All of the above seem nice enough to help someone out/teach. That's a lot different than just being good at something. It'd be interesting to take them to the lakes/river I fish to see what they chose to do in given conditions compared to what I'd normally do.

I do think it'd be cool to show someone else waters I've found that are ridiculous. Mainly lakes that see zero or near zero fishing pressure and have no boats on them ever. Just a different kind of fishing/fish up here in more remote parts of Canada. I think others would enjoy it.

If I could go on a boat with a locally great fisherman it'd probably be just as useful to me given my skill level and the fact that they know their stuff. There's a local muskie guy I'd love to fish with just to pick his brain, but he charges like $600/day.

I don't know the BR members well enough, and I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings.

As for pros:

Roland Martin

Al Lindner

Jimmy Houston

Jacob Wheeler

A player to be named later.

I have to remove one of my picks , sorry AJ but you have enough admiration  and replace him with Potatolake . Because I plan on going to Pomme this year , if things work out .

Too many fantastic and talented fishermen here to choose. So I'm not going to name any members, but I did already admit my plan to stow away in one of @A-Jay's hatches while he's not looking, so cat's out of the bag on that one. I would be happy to fish with and learn from the vast majority of the people here.

As for pros, Scott Martin, Scott Canterbury, Bill Dance, Rick Clunn, and John Cox. But even that was tough to choose.

I'll play along...

BR Members:

@Catt - Worm/ jig dragger at heart just like me.

@WRB- From So Cal like me and his top 5 is incredible.

@A-Jay - Solid guy, incredible content.

@Glenn - It would be nice to hang with the guy responsible for it all.

The last spot I'm with A-Jay #toomanytolist

Pros:

Roland M.- OH SON!

Bill D.- Common, the bloopers right?

Paul E. - Nadine!

I won’t name any pros as I have no real interaction with any. As far as members here?

@A-Jay I’d love some big smallmouth

@WRB Just to hear his tales in person

@TnRiver46 That’s a bass catcher

@roadwarrior Another bass catcher!

@hokiehunter373 Never met him in person, but have “known” him for years from bowhunting on an archery site. It’d be nice to fish with a friend

d**n, man.  Appreciate that.  One day when you're back in MD we'll have to get after it!

It’s be great to sit in a tree in early September looking for bucks still in summer mode, followed by looking for some early fall bass.

I did a little mental wrestling with this one @DougHall_NY since you started this thread. Every BR member has fishing experiences coupled with local techniques and waters that would be enjoyable to me. That’s why I’m a member of Bass Resource and I appreciate it daily. Just some of my thoughts on why I’d like to spend some time in a boat fishing with;

@Bluebasser86

@TnRiver46

@A-Jay

@Catt

@Dwight Hottle

KVD

Hank Parker

Jacob Wheeler

Mark Daniels Jr.

Brent Ehrler
