Not sure about freshwater but it sure would be nice when surf fishing to get out past the breakers or to reach spots where you normally kayak out and drop the bait and paddle back in.

Fish all around & in them. Stupid fish become food for all bigger fish. DO  NOT   tie the end of your line to the spool shaft  !!   Big fish will pull you & rod  away from where you are standing.  Been there & let go of a salt rod.

Ive looked into this on you tube for castinfg distance. Also seeing a birds eye view of the water would be really cool. I am a bank angler with no boat so being able to see whats out there interests me so much. I'm fascinated by bodies of water and I want to scuba dive every pond I fish. Sailing a chatterbait out 100 yds would be really fun too!

1967 Chevelle S S 396 Convert. Engine ate hydraulic lifters & noisy.  Front end was always going out. red , white top, Blue interior.  Had wife drive it to her job.  I blew the carbon out every couple of weeks.
