As the title mentioned, I don't like this new guy that's been around my local lake, I've seen the man outfishing me 5-1 and he is not a catch and release type of guy. With prespawn coming around the corner I'm nervous the bedding bass don't stand a chance. Worst part of all he is always over his limit and keeps a lot of small ones, I gave him a piece of his mind and gave him a scolding but he just looked at me with "the look". Called DFG but they don't seem to care to terribly much, saying "it just happens". To top it all of he didn't even buy his fishing license this year... Here is a image of the little runt.

Yeah it was incredible watching him nab the fish, he dove straight into a laydown and unlike the videos of eagles glazing the surface, this osprey went head first at mock five through the wood and was successful. Most impressive thing I have ever seen

I had a pair on a HV power pole nest nearby.  They would follow me around by  picking off any fish. That got to close to the moving lure. Scare me every time.    ?

They knew how deep that lure ran. And figured out the fish WAS NOT looking out for a attack.

I had to yank a Chug Bug away from an owl not once but twice.

We are still seeing Nature giving us more knowledge. I love the learning process we are given on the waters.

Osprey, herons, eagles, Minks plus many odd ducks. Like loons & mergansers.

AND  the mighty cormorants .

He spends 365 days a year on the water and does fish for a living.
