C.Rig21 Posted February 9, 2022 Posted February 9, 2022 Anyone ever tried re-dying an existing soft plastic bait? I have some bags of white single tail grubs and I was thinking of trying to dye them a different color. Rit did not work. Any suggestions? Quote
Super User Jig Man Posted February 9, 2022 Super User Posted February 9, 2022 There is a lot of it out there. Try Google. Quote
Chris Catignani Posted February 9, 2022 Posted February 9, 2022 Try a Crayon...or just start with a half. Quote

Throw them in a ziplock with lures of the color you like. 1 Quote
Super User ATA Posted February 9, 2022 Super User Posted February 9, 2022 Use JJ's Magic in ziplug bag, so you'll have color and scent, They have 3 main colors(by mixing them you can get any color you want) and you will use them for so long. 2 Quote

You mean like throw it into the bag to see if it will bleed into the baits? 7 minutes ago, ATA said: Use JJ's Magic in ziplug bag, so you'll have color and scent, They have 3 main colors(by mixing them you can get any color you want) and you will use them for so long. schplurg Posted February 12, 2022 Posted February 12, 2022 I'm still a rookie but I'm going to say no, not really. I don't see you getting a good solid color and having it be cost effective. I could be wrong. Quote
