Super User Tennessee Boy Posted February 9, 2022 Author Super User Posted February 9, 2022 If you know where to look you can see what they're catching them on. Jordan has two on a Casting Jig and two on a ned rig. The two on the ned are only 5-15 and 7-01. Everyone knows you can catch big ones on a ned. Quote

I'm sure it's actually longer with traffic due to all the other anglers headed that way. Quote
Super User jbsoonerfan Posted February 9, 2022 Super User Posted February 9, 2022 I can't have my sound on, have they mention how deep they are catching them in? Quote

You can see the depths on Scoretracker Insider. They are catching them at different depths. Jordan Lee's fish are listed at 15-20. Randy Howell's toad was caught in 0-5. Wheeler is catching them on a Jerkbait in 5-10 and he's on a roll. 1 Quote

GReb Posted February 9, 2022 Posted February 9, 2022 I have no proof but it seems that Wheeler is the best electronics guy on tour. He has won a lot of money staring at those graphs. He just seems to always stay a step ahead of the other guys in the technology sector 1 Quote

Wheeler has outshined everyone in the pro's by far the last couple years. KVD hasn't done much of anything the last couple of years. see attached screen grabs for reference. guess which list is for which angler 1 Quote
Super User jbsoonerfan Posted February 9, 2022 Super User Posted February 9, 2022 Wheeler sure has more patience than I do when bringing one in. LOL 1 Quote
Global Moderator TnRiver46 Posted February 9, 2022 Global Moderator Posted February 9, 2022 I don’t follow BPT except on here and it seems as though it’s wheeler and Jordan lee’s world and the rest are just living in it 3 Quote
Super User Tennessee Boy Posted February 9, 2022 Author Super User Posted February 9, 2022 The thing that impresses me about Wheeler is his versatility. He fishes like a local every place he goes. He uses the flogger up north. He fishes the ledges on the Tennessee river. He's winning right now fishing submerged vegetation off shore in Louisiana. 2 Quote
FishinBuck07 Posted February 9, 2022 Posted February 9, 2022 That Wheeler guy must be an ok fisherman huh? Never heard of the guy! 1 1 Quote
kingmotorboat Posted February 9, 2022 Posted February 9, 2022 Benefit of fishing down here you can catch them in less than 5 feet almost all year long. 2 Quote

Pretty sure that's because he gets a lot of local help...Now before the Wheeler fans gang up, I know many anglers on tour get or have gotten local help, I just single him out because he's done the most with it. 1 Quote

I joked around before the event Wheeler would win because he’s close friends with the Duck Commander guys from Monroe. Personally I think a lot of that is over blown. How many guys win tournaments on their home pond? Not many 1 Quote
