In my experience, If there are zero fish where I am fishing, it's harder to catch them than if there are fish where I am fishing.

I’ve made countless cast in my backyard and never got a single bite so yes it is very hard to catch a fish if there are none where you’re fishing.  ?

After seeing @Team9nine’s post,  I’m gonna try a Ned Rig next time.

My guy can beat your guy at not catching. He is literally  the worst I've ever seen, ever!

If I tied Helen Keller's hands behind her back, she would still out fish him, the funny part is he talks a big game.

I've never caught a fish in a tree but that's where I fish part of the time.

Yeah he ain't that bad..but not far off. Got on a popper bite one morning this past summer..think I caught 4 or 5 in like 10 minutes. He was throwing in the same area with the exact same bait..watching me work it then trying to copy it. Couldn't buy a bite. The shad went away and the top water bite stopped so I picked up a Ned and kept catching one here and there...he never put the popper down even tho I told him to. After an hour without a bite and me catching a couple more largemouth and a few white bass he finally got a swipe on the popper but she didn't get the bait. I threw in there with my Ned and I think it sank a foot..thump..nice 3lber. Thanks for calling her up for me buddy.

It's easier to catch any fish than many fish but some fish that are many don't bite as well as any.

Everything IS NOT the same.  Obviously. They do not RETRIEVE anywhere near correctly. That IS CORRECTABLE !!   YOU MUST put your hand ON THIER HAND as soon as the lure is ready to land  !!!! Then crank CORRECTLY several times until the 2 of you are sharing the hook ups.   It does WORK. Different but it works.  Retrieves MUST be a HAND ON TOP OF HAND.

A tall dock & clear water will show the person the differences.

I think you should have your blood lead level tested, or share the stash....

Well right now the lure is just gonna skip across the hard top, so yeah it is a little tough to catch them! ?

I can usually still manage a few in that situation on a Ned rig :high-five:

Many lures are designed to catch fisherman, not so much fish!  The helicopter lure, Roland pumped up those sales!  Lol

I can proudly say I never bought or fished a helicopter lure ? I have, however, caught thousands (and thousands) of bass now on a Ned rig, so Ned-1, Roland-0. The lack of “superstar” power behind the Ned for years relative to where it is now in the marketplace speaks volumes for its credibility, IMO. Even Bill’s Danc’n Eel could only dream of ever catching bass a fraction as good as Ned ?

I just placed a odor for Neds.  I will back charge you if they fail  to be better Rapala.

They look like a fat something. Should beat the Rapala in our area.
