pastor gary Posted February 4, 2022 Posted February 4, 2022 cant find hull id now game and fish wants me to bring it to them for inspection Quote
Super User T-Billy Posted February 4, 2022 Super User Posted February 4, 2022 I had to take an old 12' boat I bought with no hull ID to the ODNR to have it inspected and they issued me a tag for it. No biggie. Took about a half hour. Quote
keagbassr Posted February 4, 2022 Posted February 4, 2022 I dont have a crawdad, however, on my aluminum jon there are two h.i.d. placards in the boat one visible on the outside of the transom and the second one on the inside under the weight limit/ hp. Plate. Your boat should have one of these. Might want to check under it. His is a pic from my old jon where the hp.plate had come off To see what to look for. Quote
volzfan59 Posted February 4, 2022 Posted February 4, 2022 My Crawdad had a hull ID number and a Coast Guard decal but I don't remember where it was. I'm assuming the hull ID was on the transom, possibly melted into the plastic. Quote
Bassin Bruce Posted February 5, 2022 Posted February 5, 2022 I have , and still use, a 1988 Coleman Scanoe. The canoe version of the Crawdad. As someone stated above, the Hull ID is melted/branded into the plastic, not the easiest to find. Quote
