I’m curious what you guys think would be better for jigs. i’m from michigan so there isn’t much heavy cover that i’m fishing, mostly lily pad edges, dropoffs, and occasionally flipping small structure but that’s very uncommon. 744c or 745c kaden?

Either will work, but I'd go with the 745 for jigs. I have the 744. It works well for light T rigs, and small swimbaits. I prefer more backbone in a jig rod.

x2, but my experience is with the fury and champ series.

I know you’re asking about a 7’4” but I use a Kaden 715 for what you want as I tend to use shorter rods and have no complaints.
That thing loads quick and sticks em.

I also use it for Carolina Rigs and frogs.
