It's $10 fluoro and is meant for beginning/casual anglers that maybe don't want/can't to spend $40+ on line.  I see it as a good/better/best type of deal.

Same.

Another thought... Seaguar is, to me, the brand that others aspire to be like and to come out with a good introductory line would be difficult when you already make so many great lines to begin with.

I think it could have potential as leader material as well. Something that doesn't need to last as long as long and could be changed frequently without hurting the wallet as bad.

I bought a spool of 10# Basix. I should be able to test it out by this time next month.

That's what I was thinking but didn't want to call out their past lines that went by the way side. How about Kanzen and Senshi?

I thought Abrazx was one of their more expensive lines.  I use it on my heavy jig set up. It usually runs around $25 a spool or more.

I had really good luck with the Senshi- wish i could find more.

I mostly use Tatsu, but a couple of months ago, I put Basix on a new Curado 150 MGL / St Croix Legend Glass crankbait rod.  Its been fantastic so far.  Have caught a lot of fish with it; no issues.

Me too.  I still have some the Kanzen.  It's good stuff.

Kanzen was great, casted a mile.

I can’t see who the seller is. But be careful buying seaguar on Amazon. I have read about some being counterfeit or relabeled mono.
