Thank you Skunkmaster.  I may go to different places to try out Crappie & other small gamesters. Maybe my senior perch lovers can eat other good fish.  Well worth trying.

I think every time I watch a Richard Gene video I feel a little better about the universe. Bless his kind soul

I fished water with surface temp. of 67 degrees, and landed a DD. last Sunday.  I spent this week working, watching fishing videos, and dreaming of ice fishing.

T hope you get to feeling better soon. Crazy stuff and you probably take precautions. I don’t know how I didn’t get it yet. Work has not been effected for me since day one of the pandemic. In some essential group for the work I do. Am around people day to day. Had shots and booster (did have side effects) so maybe there is something to the shots. 
This time of year I get miserable as cat crap anyway. That light deficiency or lack of sunlight kills me. Like a poked bear. 
I catch a bit of fishing shows also. Tear down my surf reel, hard used freshwater reels and want to make a repair to my trolling motor soon. Nothing real complicated. Can’t wait to see the look on the wife’s face when she comes home from work that day and sees it on the dining room table. I’m not freezing my butt off in the garage.

Same ritual here…..up at 0430, make the coffee, visit the porcelain chair, then into the den to sit and watch Bassmaster Elites and MLF past tournaments with my chocolate lab named Hank.

 

Thanks to Lee Livesay, I’ve got a Halo HFX on the way to try out. Ordered this morning and delivering Monday. Then I ordered a Curado MGL from ALF, then checked Amazon for some War Eagle spinnerbaits and some Uncle Josh pork trailers. Last stop was the Skeeter store for a new hat. Today was costly, but as I tell my wife…..would you rather I spend my money on hookers and cocaine? ?

I’m just picking out tournaments that look interesting. That one was the first that caught my eye. Think I’m like 3.5 hours into the second day on that tournament now. 
 

Whole lotta grass fishing in that tournament.
