Super User T-Billy Posted January 3, 2022 Super User Posted January 3, 2022 No. Just logged in and didn't get any message, and my card was one that got compromised in that mess. I did change my password though. I would call TW and report that if I was in your shoes. 1 Quote

I had two charges on my card, $1800 plus and the other one $1700 plus, I called my bank immediately and they block my card and send me new one. Now you mention about your card I remember mine, I think TW was the place my card got scammed. 1 Quote
Super User Tennessee Boy Posted January 3, 2022 Super User Posted January 3, 2022 It doesn’t look like that message is coming from tackle warehouse. It’s probably displayed by your password manager. It means that the email and password you used was found somewhere on the web. If you use the same email and password for multiple sites it could have been leaked from anywhere. 1 Quote

Yeah, Don't click any links that pop up like that. It's your info and IP address that's the issue, not the website. Close browser, clear history, cookies, and associated files (easier said that done) and restart computer. Better yet, use a VPN, and hard wired internet. 1 Quote
BayouSlide Posted January 3, 2022 Posted January 3, 2022 My cards were hit on two occasions after purchases at TW. They obviously have data security problems. On a recent order I intended to charge through PayPal for additional security but the ability to use PayPal was not active on checkout...that is not a good sign. 1 Quote
Jmilburn76 Posted January 3, 2022 Posted January 3, 2022 I just placed an order 12/28 using PayPal with zero issues. 1 Quote

txchaser Posted January 5, 2022 Posted January 5, 2022 That message is from Apple/your iPhone. 1 Quote
Hawgfinder Posted January 5, 2022 Posted January 5, 2022 I contacted TW yesterday asking if all problems fixed withIDX and security? And is it safe to order again. This is their reply. Thank you for contacting Tackle Warehouse. With the recent holidays, we are experiencing a high volume of inquiries. Please anticipate a delay in our response time but know that we are working as quickly as possible to assist you. We appreciate your patience and look forward to serving all of your tackle needs! Sincerely, Your Tackle Warehouse Team Also when I log into TW I get these screens about cookies in different format as before? Anyone else get these? 1 Quote
