For all of 2022, what would it be?

One bait only. Just for kicks, hypothetically it is something you would keep on your rod the whole year. Only reason to retie is you broke it off. Not to change weight size or anything.

it’s not my favorite bite, but i think i might have to go with a dropshot. it was one of the most productive baits for me in 2021 through all phases

Seriously though, I gotta go with the Sweet Craw T rigged on a flippin hook. Ice out to ice over, it's a killer. I gotta be able to change weight though.

Decisions...decisions.

Toss up between

1: 3/8 swim jig in green pumpkin with a Pit Boss trailer in green haze

or

2: 3/8 Z-Man original chatterbait in chartreuse/white with a Pit Boss trailer in Skeet's chartreuse shad

Those were my two most productive this past year.

This, but I would have a few different patterned skirts to swap just in case.

I never leave home without a jig tied on but I will change colors and size.  Based on your hypothetical, I could probably make do with a 1/2oz green pumpkin jig.

I was going to say this pretty much. It was fantastic for me last season.

I’d probably go with a soft plastic worm of some kind in a natural color like green pumpkin.
