Global Moderator 12poundbass Posted December 28, 2021 Global Moderator Posted December 28, 2021 I found this show on Peacock TV and have been binge watching. I’m glad to see they made a show following the Coast Guard. I’ve watched shows following Navy EOD, and Army medivac personal and this is the first I’ve seen one following the US Coast Guard. They wear many hats, and doesn’t seem to be a dull moment that’s for sure! Check it out, it’s worth the watch! 2 Quote
Super User MN Fisher Posted December 28, 2021 Super User Posted December 28, 2021 Pluto TV also has it...I have that on my tablet, and it's watchable on your PC. 1 Quote
Global Moderator 12poundbass Posted December 30, 2021 Author Global Moderator Posted December 30, 2021 Watching this show some more I am absolutely amazed how many old, rickety, wooden boats there are still in use! It seemed like a lot of the disabled boat calls or taking on water calls are these old wooden boats. I’m not referring to the updated refurbished wood boats, these things look to be in pretty rough shape and barely maintained since new. I get newer boats are VERY expensive, and these boats are the livelihoods of the owners but geez it’s a roll of the dice. Quote
Skunkmaster-k Posted December 30, 2021 Posted December 30, 2021 I was watching a bunch of divers retrieve a sunken boat at the marina while sitting in my bass chariot . One of them glanced my direction and whispered “ that one’s next.” True story. Anyway, back to other people’s junky boats, what the heck are they thinking? 3 Quote
