Thanks for posting this, I’m 50/50 at remembering about the show on my own.  I am embarking on a hairjig frenzy and this should be a good show for that.

You have a booth?

Yes, there and one at the Monohan,PA show. You going to drive over from MO? It's only like a 15 hour drive (had to drive it a couple times).

Everyone and their brother sells hair jigs at this show.  Most are the Butch Ward style that are popular around here.  I got lucky a couple months ago and was able to buy all of Butch's original molds and stuff. These molds should probably be in a fishing museum instead of my garage.

I would but I think I have a previous engagement in Florida.

It is warmer there in January.

If you stop by the show I will give you some bear hair for your jigs.

For anyone that might be interested this is a small show that small time lure makers sell their baits.  Others are just selling off tackle they have accumulated over the years.  A lot of good deals to be found at this show. This is where I usually stock up on soft plastics.  Can't go wrong buying senkos for $2 a pack.

This year I forgot to look for more of these spinnerbaits that I got at the '18 show.  I loved the hell out of them and if anyone hear happens to know who the maker was, please let me know!

Why do you lose or let the fish keep them ? Bad line ? Old line ? Drag set to high ?  Lifting the fish ?

The WIRE of the lure is TOO SMALL OF A DIAMETER.  Buy & use a large enough DIAMETER  spring snap or swivel & snap. Or at least a good quality Split Ring on it.

Fish didn't steal them, underwater wood did it.  I even remember the exact moment I lost the last one, on the big sang on the upstream side of the Monocacy aqueduct.  I got 3 bass in 4 casts, on the 5th I snagged the d**n thing.

Maybe the light wire was part of the magic, but those were some of the best spinners I have ever fished, a great Goldilocks size and weight.

Definitely keep looking and buying.  I never change lures. Just locations.

When they are biting ?  Keep casting and catching.  Works for me.

What do I win if I know who made them?

An ‘06 RAV-4 with a bad transmission and a little (a lot) of mold inside?  I can’t find the title but it’s a fine front-yard car……
