I don’t throw hard baits much anymore, but I have quite a few pretty slick customs, mostly DT-6.

I get it ~

But that's a  very coveted spot and I'm waiting for one special bait to go on sale.

That guy on the far left needs a buddy.  It's throwing off the potential, aesthetic perfection of that box!

I think this ones pretty unique for a non-custom or handmade bait...and I bet I've caught over 100 bass on this particular bladed jig.

It's a Japanese brand called Kaesu.  That color is great because if you put a GP trailer it's more bluegill/sunfishy...White and it's a shad/shiner...and my favorite is GP/pearl like in this pic, which can be almost anything (I like the orange highlights because we have so many goldfish in the Potomac).

Is that the soft blade Tranquil ?

If so did you make the journey to the motherland ?

Seem that's the only way to get your hands on one here . . .

Yes it is.  I was lucky and found some for sale back when they first came out about 2 years ago.  Not cheap tho!

I like the versatility of it with just being able to swap trailers. I would throw a gp/orange Zako on it of it were mine, but I like that trailer you have.

That's a mighty cool jig. Wow. I think you put the bait monkey on A-Jay again as well as several others with that pic.

If I remember correctly, they cast like a potato chip. I can remember having some, can't remember catching anything except white bass trolling them.

A few years ago I couldn't find anybody who sold a "baby largemouth" bladed jig, so I made one myself:

Jointed Pikie I found in an antique shop in the mountains. It had a $20 tag on it but talked them down to $10. I replaced the hooks with new split rings and trebles. I've tried it once to no avail. It's a pretty big hardbait at more than 7", about 2 oz.
