Trying my hand at making some dirty water baits. Used some mesh off something my wife bought at the grocery store as a stencil.

Not sure what it was from? I found it in the recycle bin.

Whatever it is it’s a cool looking pattern. I wonder how it would look on a crankbait.

Painting skills are slowly improving. Foiling needs some work.

Just made.  I’ve started wire tiring my jigs now.  All jigs have bee. Poured, powder painted and tied by myself. The black and blue bass jigs are actually black/blue flake protech paint on jigs .  Lighting doesn’t really show it.

Also, some walleye jigs I’ve been working on

Looks like the mesh stuff off some strawberry containers.

I just finished tying up some 1/16 oz jigs to use with my fly rods.  Plan to fish them mainly as streamers.  They should also work with an ultralight set-up and a fly and float rig.  I'm  working on a F and F rig I can use with my fly rod so I can keep the "fly" suspended at various depths.

Whiteish baits with titanium frames and new blades that just arrived yesterday. I was able to make a few casts with these teardrop blades and I like what I saw. These I would say are in between a willow and Indiana blade. They have about as much thump as an Indiana blade but not the lift like a willow.

I call this one Saginaw bay perch.   I’ve been thinking about this one for a while in my head. Maybe I could add some orange at the bottom.  This was the first go I’ll probably keep tweaking it

I did just buy a single double Indiana spinner blade kit from LPO to try out.  It’s already painted in Tennessee shad But, that rabbit hole could commence. I’m going to wire tie the skirt instead of the supplied rubber one.  For $5 bucks it’s worth a try

Some of my latest work in red cedar. I've been building some larger ones for Muskie lately, but will get back to more bass and walleye baits soon.

Here is a 3" diver done in hot fluorescents and pearl paints, and a 10" Muskie bait painted in a Saugeye pattern.

That's pretty wild, Allen! I always love seeing what you're up to.

Going to call it the Area 51 bait.
