I thought the guys might have one of those when I went beach shark fishing in Florida but they just walked out into the water in the dark to set the baits, no thanks.

I have read a lot and best thing they do is using kayak which is not safe at all.

The good thing about this RC Boat can go 500 yards easy into the water and come back to release point automatically.

I was waiting 6 months for it to build and cost me a lot, But it is worth, First ill not put myself in danger by going into water and second I can send heavy baits way into ocean.

It would be something if a big shark decided that boat looked tasty!

I never think they would do that, My only concern is if I want to put bigger than 2lb bait, The compartment cant fit the bigger that 2lb  So need to hang it off of the hitch of the boat, so the boat will pull it and it will be hang by 12"leader and 16/0 hook during the way. Imagine if a seal decide to eat it :laugh-delayed:.

anyways ill try to never do that I think 1.5lb chunk of bait will do the job.

I have two bait casting machines and 1 spinning outfit, First ill do 150 yards from shore for spinning 1/2lb bait, Second ill do 1lb bait for my smaller conventional combo drop it 200 yards from shore, And my king combo with 1.5lb bait and 250 yards from shore.

Going to take pictures of my combos and leaders for big shark in new post for having everything documented for people that need basic info to start.
