Eagle SupraPro ID question.

I have a brand new, never been used SupraPro ID fishfinder. The transducer that came with it is he HS-WS PC 9067.  That is a 192mhz tranducer. According to the literature I received with the unit, there is an optional 200mhz transducer that has speed and water temp sensors built in which allow the unit to display the water temp and speed (up to 70mph). I have not been able to find the model number of that transducer, nor have I been able to find one for sale.  If anyone can give me the correct model number for that transducer, and/or has one for sale, I would greatly appreciate the info.   Thanks, Kirt

The Smithsonian probably has one on display. 

 

Decent, modern graphs can be had for $100 nowadays. Seems kind of pointless to spend any more money on that fossil.

I looked through the owners manual online and there is no mention of speed and temp capability with it. I also looked at the list of discontinued Eagle transducers, and that was the only one listed as compatible with that unit. None of the other temp/speed capable transducers were listed for use with that unit.

I do plan on getting an up to date fish finder, but I own this one, and my plan at this point is to just use it a depth finder. My original though was to find a speed and temp transducer to add to it, but it seems such a thing does not exist, and if it did it would cost about as much as a new fish finder.

The speed function, on those old locators, was a wheel on the back of the transducer which were notoriously inaccurate.  You can buy a complete locator/gps combo for as little as $120.  It'll be a 4" unit but will work OK and give you GPS speed and water temperature.
