Super User 5bass Posted March 10, 2010 Super User Posted March 10, 2010 Finally got around to taking some decent pictures. I had planned to go boatless this year and just lay back and save some money but I ran across what I considered a good deal and couldn't resist....so here it is. 01 Gambler 2100 / Merc 250XB / Motorguide Tour 109 Quote
Super User burleytog Posted March 10, 2010 Super User Posted March 10, 2010 That trailer needs a good coat of mud. And you change boats like I change contacts. ;D Quote
Super User SoFlaBassAddict Posted March 10, 2010 Super User Posted March 10, 2010 Man, I really like Gambler boats. Just looks sexy. Whoever did the designwork on the hull really did a great job. Quote
I Love BassResource Posted March 11, 2010 Posted March 11, 2010 dude thats nice, I bet that xb makes that rig scream. Quote
Super User Long Mike Posted March 11, 2010 Super User Posted March 11, 2010 That's not a boat! That's a low flying rocket! Quote
Super User 5bass Posted March 11, 2010 Author Super User Posted March 11, 2010 Thanks fellas. I'm happy with it so far. Not real happy with the maroon/burgundy/whatever color carpet but that can be changed. Burley, dont worry man, you and I will be on PAVED ramps/parking lots in the future. Quote
Super User SoFlaBassAddict Posted March 11, 2010 Super User Posted March 11, 2010 Dammit man! I really want to go out and pick up a Gambler. Really irritates me at times like these that I can't have trailers in my development. I've got the money is sitting there waiting for it too. Wish my garage was slightly larger where I could stuff a large trailer inside. Quote
Taylor Fishin 4 life Posted March 11, 2010 Posted March 11, 2010 Soflasbass addict would it be too small if you get tralor were the tongue folds up? Quote
Radical Conservative Posted March 11, 2010 Posted March 11, 2010 That is one GORGEOUS lookin' rig. Love them Gamblers. Quote
Super User SoFlaBassAddict Posted March 11, 2010 Super User Posted March 11, 2010 Soflasbass addict would it be too small if you get tralor were the tongue folds up? More than likely. It's a stretch getting a car in the garage. I'd have to move a ton of stuff around and then, maybe it might fit. But I doubt it. Quote

A swing tongue will take off about 2', so 24' minimum on the length. Quote

Wish I would have thought about it when the house was built. Not worth buying another house to be able to put a trailer in the garage....or is it..... Quote
Super User burleytog Posted March 12, 2010 Super User Posted March 12, 2010 With a garage that shallow, you're going to be limited to boats around 17-18'. My tracker is 18.5', with the tongue folded it is still as long as an F250 super cab. Quote
Super User RoLo Posted March 12, 2010 Super User Posted March 12, 2010 Scott, that's one beautiful rig! The best of luck with her Roger Quote
Super User Shane J Posted March 12, 2010 Super User Posted March 12, 2010 Wow, that's a sweet lookin' rig! Congrats! Quote
scrutch Posted March 12, 2010 Posted March 12, 2010 shame on you for thinking you could make it thru a WHOLE YEAR boatless! :-/ Quote
Super User bassfisherjk Posted March 12, 2010 Super User Posted March 12, 2010 Wow!really nice boat. Quote
goodolboy Posted March 13, 2010 Posted March 13, 2010 Have a carpenter build enclosed pocket out the back of the garage for the back of the boat and motor. That's what my buddy did and it works great. Quote
