INEEDANEWSCREENNAME110121 Posted November 1, 2021 Posted November 1, 2021 I am going on a trip soon to my grandparents place in edgewater florida. Their are many ponds around their house and plan on fishing them. I have never fished in florida what baits would you suggest. Quote
Super User N Florida Mike Posted November 1, 2021 Super User Posted November 1, 2021 Zoom super flukes, senkos, trick worms, curly tail worms , U Vibe speed worms. There are others, but these are my favorites. June bug in stained waters, watermelon colors in clearer waters.I texas rig them , and use a 3-0 wide gap gamakatsu hook, tied directly to the line.I rig it as weightless as I can get away with. I catch most of the fish just dead sticking. Look for pond drains or any kind of inflow. 2 Quote
