I have small mouth wall mount and it was broken at edges and fins rip off because of bad handling and transporting, what is the best and cheapest way to fix it?

Contact the taxidermist who did the mount if possible.

unfortunately the shipping and repair is super expensive, I want to fix it in home or just leave it as is.

Leave it alone unless you are willing to pay a taxidermist.  Anything you'd try at home would probably make it worse.

I'm going to assume this bad transport and handling happened after it was delivered to you?

Yes it was done by my own workers when I moved from my last home on July .

Lyons & O’Haver In La Mesa, try calling and sending photo for repairs estimate.

I don’t know anyone anymore that are still in business locally.

It would be best to hire a professional to fix your smallmouth bass mount.

I am trying to get hold of them, lets see if it is worthed. I found someone local and it will cut the shipping cost, so lets see how much they will fix it.
