The good thing about though, it fell as sleet and not freezing rain so the trees and power lines are good. Supposed to get another round later, hoping for the same. 1 Quote

The daytime temperatures are in the 80's, sometimes in the mid to high 80's. Nighttime temperature is in the high 60's to low 70's. We are still getting cold fronts but not as strong. The weather is beautiful at this moment in time and will only get better as Spring comes. Quote

I have all terrain tires which are like snow tires and 4x4 on my truck, but that only goes so far. Quote

Last night it rained hard for an hour straight with a couple claps of thunder, then it turned to sleet, and sometime over night it turned to snow. 3 inches of the heart attack heavy wet snow with a layer of frozen rain underneath made for some interesting snow blowing and shoveling today. I've fired up the diesel just once : ( 70's last week...26 degree right now...with light snow expected Wed-Thursday. My friends down in Missouri have been hammered this year.
