Supposed to be 70 today in Virginia and I’m heading out to wash the truck and get the Florida slime off it from the heavy dew they get.  Gonna get cold again so I have a small window.

There may be signs of spring next week here.  Quite possibly even a day or two in the 40's.

Oh good - I'll have my angles on Friday as well as some other stuff. Should be able to make significant progress on the F-9 once it gets above freezing.

16 degrees here now with about an inch of ice on the ground and snow falling. The good thing about though, it fell as sleet and not freezing rain so the trees and power lines are good. Supposed to get another round later, hoping for the same.

Weather has gotten much warmer since the last time I posted. The daytime temperatures are in the 80's, sometimes in the mid to high 80's. Nighttime temperature is in the high 60's to low 70's. We are still getting cold fronts but not as strong. The weather is beautiful at this moment in time and will only get better as Spring comes.

Here we go again.  Snow and ice on Wednesday and Thursday then a cold front comes in on Friday.  Third time this month of putting up with this stuff.  I'll be glad when March gets here.

Pretty chilly in NY over next 10 days or so. NC looks promising. Spring break in 9 days. Start the countdown.

6-10 around here is pretty minimal. Figure it this way Boom, not many peeps on the rode, the roads got treated all night so they wont be that bad, you can dump the car in a parking garage and by the time you get out the snow will be done. Go have fun, I would  :)

Well I almost died a few times on the way there, but we made it. Since the snow stopped early and we didn't get the night snow, the way home was clear at least like you said.

Oh, get on wichya! :)

Honestly glad you made it. How bad was it? I was out and didn't think it was that bad. My jeep loves that stuff tho.

Florida mountain may have gotten 4-5" but it was completely unplowed. I have all terrain tires which are like snow tires and 4x4 on my truck, but that only goes so far.

Unplowed main roads can be a bit dicey.

Incoming storm on Friday night/Saturday here.  The southern half of the state will likely be rain and the northern half will be snow.  Check out the temps to the south in Iowa.  70's!?

Wish it was more sunny but this looks excellent for melting some of the ice here. My season might in fact start continuously with no interruptions starting in a few days

Some wild weather here the past 24 hours. Last night it rained hard for an hour straight with a couple claps of thunder, then it turned to sleet, and sometime over night it turned to snow. 3 inches of the heart attack heavy wet snow with a layer of frozen rain underneath made for some interesting snow blowing and shoveling today.

It's been an unusual winter here in Eastern Nebraska. I've fired up the diesel just once : (

70's last week...26 degree right now...with light snow expected Wed-Thursday.

My friends down in Missouri have been hammered this year.

We will likely get a blizzard in late March, early April...

Wow @A-Jay!

Yesterday for us was 67*. Our 10 day forecast average is 50*. It's supposed to be 58* this Saturday, I actually may go toss a JB. I definitely won't be able to get out earlier than that, unfortunately.

I don't see much of a warm up in the 10 day forecast either where you or I am...
