Does anyone know the manufacture of these jig heads. I think the hook is 4/0 and the head is 1/16 0r 1/8. I bought these at Academy Sports beginning of the summer. I want to buy some more but Academy is out and I can't remember who made these. I thought it was Mustad but I can't find them on their web site. Anybody know?

I'm pretty sure thats a Zman head.

I am a big Z Man fan and I know for sure it is not a Z Man although it does look similar to it. I don't think they make a jig head with a 4/0 hook.

Zman, the only plastic that can get past that trailer keeper without tearing is ElaZTech

That is the finesse jig, it does not come in 4/0. The Pro BulletZ does but that is not the jig in the picture. I am 100% sure it is not a Z Man product.

Could be a custom job someone was selling on ebay, or sometime type of prototype from zman.

Well I would have lost a paycheck because I just knew it was not Z Man. My sincere apologies to those who tried to tell me it was Z Man. I going to blame it on this 70 year old brain. Maybe my Academy will get some more in some day. @Catt is this called the Pro Model?

Close, but here's  DOA on a Z-man Texas-eye jighead - there's an algorithm to putting lure body on one of these jigheads- you grab the hook with pliers and twist the lure body into final position as you're just getting the bend-keeper to pop through.

I also fished it for the first time last year with TTF shad tails in TS Beta storm tide, and this jighead moved to the top tier for my inshore mid-column -  always in the zone, right on top of the grass, doesn't haul up grass, and hooks fish like velcro.

If you look at the picture on Z-Man's website their picture show a bigger belly weight on the Pro BulletZ. Ain't sure what weight is shown on the website but mine are 1/8 oz with 3/0 & 4/0 hooks.

I think the belly weight was throwing me off because mine doesn't have one and the ones shown on the Z Man web site does. I am thinking now, the 1/8 does not have the belly weight and the rest of the weights do.
