Hey all..

my new to me Ranger came with a Humminbird Helix 10 G2N on the bow and a Lowrance Hook 7 in the cockpit. I'm interested to learn what I need to get in order to have Mega 360 and Live.      My Plan would be to move the G2  to the console and install new hardware upfront.  I'm thinking that I'd need a new Helix / Solix for the bow, a 360 transducer and a mega live transducer?  I have a three year old MK Ultrex.     I understand that I could share via Network my new 360 images from bow to the G2 -  could I share the Mega Live images too?
Am I on the right lines here?       Any input welcome.

your going to need either a g3 or g4 mega unit. helix or solix will work. the mega live and mega 360 will also have to be purchased separately. i like running them on separate units so i can get maximum view. splits screen just dont show enough detail.

I'll add somethings to what's already been said.

MEGA 360 connects through a transducer cable to a compatible unit.   MEGA Live connects via ethernet.  You can connect both to a single unit but you will not be able to network anything else unless you install an ethernet switch.  If your Ultrex is an i-Pilot Link model (not just i-Pilot) then you will want to network it to take full advantage of it's features so you will need the ethernet switch and the necessary cables to connect everything.
