Dumb question, is this blue green algae?

Didn't show up until I was back at the dock after fishing all morning. Is this BGA? Seems like the wind blew it all into the corner where the docks are. The water level was super high from 2 days of rain but it was pretty clean.

Thats a perfect example of what its supposed to look like, but it doesnt always take that form.  It can be anywhere from a brown to that aqua marine color in the picture and anything in between.  It can be much thicker as well like typical algae.  IMO the best way to ID it is with your nose.  It has real pungent smell.  In water with little to no flow it can smell just like sewage.  Honestly I don't think there are many health risks for adults as long as you don't ingest the water or eat the fish.

Yeah I didn't notice a sewage smell but ill still err on the side of safety. Thanks for the info!

Other than the smell, Don’t let it discourage you from fishing it. 
During the first bloom on Okeechobee we had a Bass Nations tournament and bag limits were hardly affected. 
 

If there is any clean water around I’d start there. Use brighter colors with some vibration. 
Wash your equipment well when you’re done and don’t eat the fish. 
 

There are fish to be caught under it.

Not all blue green algae is toxic but can be. Water contract that has poisonous toxins can make you and your pets sick.

Use Caution can’t determine harmful toxins visually.

Thanks everyone. The main problem is the state shuts down the lake if there's a bloom, until its cleared safe by the state (eye roll)
