Interesting bait to combine the action of a chatterbait into a crankbait. May just be a gimmick but I will see.

Everybody knows that a squarebill crankbait and a bladed jig are some of the best ways to catch fish all throughout the world, the 13 Fishing Jabber Jaw Hybrid Squarebill Crankbait combines the action of these two highly effective baits into one. To achieve this, the 13 Fishing Jabber Jaw Hybrid Squarebill Crankbait is fitted with an oscillating stainless steel bill and metal jowls embedded into the bait, which creates an aggressive hunting action with a metallic clicking noise that is unlike anything the fish have seen before. Its square-shaped bill also helps create a super strong vibration and gives it the ability to wildly deflect and be fished over heavy cover.

Ideal for anytime the fish are holding in shallow water, the 13 Fishing Jabber Jaw Hybrid Squarebill Crankbait will trigger ferocious strikes and is deadly when fishing behind other anglers for pressured fish. Finished with 3D holographic eyes, an ultra high definition paint job, and premium VMC black nickel treble hooks, the 13 Fishing Jabber Jaw Hybrid Squarebill Crankbait will introduce your local fish to a new level of chaos.

These things catch fish. And so far, significantly more than the 6th sense Axis, which was surprising to me.

Best situations so far have been follow-ups when chatterbaits are working, or when I need a trigger that I can't get from a regular squarebill.

90+ degree water two weeks ago, burning this full throttle was getting follows in shad, so I put on the orange/red and started whacking them. It was the only other color I had, and they weren't biting a chatterbait or a t-rig. On reflection a lipless might have worked too.  It was one of those spots I knew was holding fish and they wouldn't bite anything I was throwing.

I agree on this being better for the 6th sense Axis. I think that one may have too big of a wobble in my opinion. Combine that with lots of flash and you think you got a great combo, but my jabber jaw has consistently outperformed the Axis in one season compared to my two seasons with the Axis. Not gonna lie though I did smack a couple of good walleyes on the axis....

Combining a chatterbait with other traditionally non-chatter plastics has been extremely productive for me this week at my local spillway. I caught five different species yesterday on a chatterbait head(usually 1/8 "micro" or the 1/4oz willowvibez painted with Sally Hansen strobe light nail polish and clear coat) plus 2.75" worm (either white lightning or coppertreuse).

Had a flathead catfish break a 17lb rod on a 1/8oz zman micro chatter rigged that way. Snapped my 15lb line like it was butter. I got its head on the bank before it broke the line, best guess is minimum 17-25lbs. Hooked two alligator gar, landed one. Two crappie. Four channel cats, two nice size keepers. One drum. Wild how I've been catching everything BUT bass since I caught my species PB largemouth. Going out again in the morning with the same stuff, gonna see what happens.

But to your point, or their point. Combining chatterbaits works. You should do it.
