Rodney Smith Posted August 5, 2021 Posted August 5, 2021 I have an Adrena 7'3 MH that is my "do it all" rod. It works great for most things, but I am thinking it is a little too slow for things like T-Rigs with the Regular Fast taper. Do you think I would be better off with a 843C? Quote
Super User ATA Posted August 5, 2021 Super User Posted August 5, 2021 I have 844c for T rig and it is great. Quote
Rodney Smith Posted August 5, 2021 Author Posted August 5, 2021 I already have a 873CRR as my main jig and worm rod. I am torn between getting a 843C or 844C to replace the Adrena. I would throw everything from 1/4 underpins, dark sleepers, 1/2 spinnerbaits, etc. I need this rod to be my most versatile one. Quote
atanger Posted August 5, 2021 Posted August 5, 2021 The mbr 844 is my “do it all” rod, it doesn’t do everything well but if I had to choose only 1 rod, this is it. 1 Quote
waymont Posted August 5, 2021 Posted August 5, 2021 The 843 is great for jigs/T rigs and other baits up to 3/8oz or 1/2oz, over that the 844 would be my choice. Quote
