I’m looking for a small tackle bag or pouch to attach to my belt. It would only need to be big enough for 6-inch needle nose pliers, a couple of bags of 6 inch Trick Worms or similar baits and a few hooks. I don’t like carrying these in my pockets. I would also like the bag to have Velcro or a snap so I don’t have to remove my belt to attach the bag. I would appreciate any recommendations.

Are you a member of B.A.S.S.?  The "gift" bag that came with my membership is like a mini speed bag.  Would work very well for that.

Or, you could consider a bait binder.

Or... Stick with me... A good old fashioned fanny pack.

I second the fanny pack, I often go bank beating with one rod, a small handful of lures, fish grippers, scale, measuring tape, and pliers and get it all in there. Cargo pants should be able to easily hold some plastics and hooks in the side leg pockets.

This post reminds me of something funny I once heard before a tournament.  A guy walked up to his drawn partner's boat lugging a huge tackle box that must have had a dozen drawers and compartments. The boater was a semi famous local expert known for his sarcasm.  He looked down at the non boater's tackle box storage trunk and said, "Stash some black plastic worms in your top pocket and let's go!"  ?

Thanks very much for your help. I went over to my local Walmart and looked in the camping department. There I found a small pouch attached to an adjustable belt. It is called a Waist Pack by Outdoor Products. II was able to fit my stuff in it and i think will do the job very nicely.

To put a spin on a Bruce Lee quote...

"I fear not the man who has cast 10,000 lures once, but I fear the man who has cast 1 lure 10,000 times" ?
