I was sorting through some baits that I don't use often and noticed that the paint on one had softened with reaction to one of it's rowdy neighbors.  It's still salvageable but but only if it doesn't get any worse.  Does anyone have a hack that can harden/fix the affected paint?

This could be helped with the proper solvent.

There's only three to try.

1- Alcohol (Isopropyl)

2 - Lighter fluid (Naphtha)

3 - Nail polish remover (Acetone)

I've listed them in the order I'd try. Use small amount on a rag on the "sticky" area.

If it removes the "infection", you may be good to go.

Good Luck!
