Can anyone give me some advice on extending the deck of my 1993 16.5 Blazer bassboat? I fish tournaments and I have no room on my deck to place additional fishing poles this is my first boat so I dont know much but if there is any info out there to help me out please let me know.  Thanks!!

Try . and go the the bassboat restoration forum- they will give you some good advice, as well as many other threads there that will give you a starting point.

Just checked out that site. As a new, used, boat owner myself, it looks like something I'm going to benefit from as well. Thanks for posting that tip B12.

You can always build a box with a lid that allows you more storage and have it so you can lift it out if necessary. 

That is what I have done in my Champion with a extra seat pedestal if I ever need to take 2 people with me.  It just lifts in and out and doesn't move at all when I have it in the boat.
