110 plopper Posted June 14, 2021 Posted June 14, 2021 Setting- small pond maybe 1/4 mile long and wide, 3’ around shoreline with tall grass, Lilly pads and natural overhang around pond with lots of hideouts for fish. Clean 3-5’ visibility. Plenty of bluegill and bass present from shore. I have fished this pond a handfull of times now at various weathers and time of day. I have thrown all kinds of rigs at different depths speeds and presentations and can’t for the life of me catch anything. Any suggestions? Finesse was my sure fire bet there with a ned or weightless Sanko, not the case. Any tip welcome. location of pond- plymouth Massachusetts Some presentations tried- spunnerbait chatterbait squarebill lipless crank Hollow frog hollow mouse 3-5’ crank bait soft Plastic swim bait crawfish wake bait whopper Ned rig wacky rig texas rig drop shot swim bait cibrating jig im sure I’m missing a few i have also tried braid and flouro Quote
