Looking for good river systems to catch smallmouth in Vermont.. Thinking about wading around next weekend to avoid the crowds from the LCI on Champlain.. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Winooski river below IBM Dam is great, all the way down to the Dam you can see from I89 in Winooski.

 

Otter Creek, below the dam in Vergennes.

 

They're typically out of the Lamoille and Missisquoi rivers by then.
