LakeWinni Posted June 3, 2021 Posted June 3, 2021 Unfortunately some net makers don't list the weights on their sites, I'm looking for some companies that make lightweight nets that I can use when fishing alone. A nice ultralightweight net w 4-5 ft shaft would be the ticket! Let me know what you guys like. Quote
Super User GreenPig Posted June 3, 2021 Super User Posted June 3, 2021 My Ego is a great adjustable net but it's stout for one hand netting jobs. My Frabill is slower to adjust but much lighter. Hope that helps. Quote
Super User A-Jay Posted June 3, 2021 Super User Posted June 3, 2021 Past 5 seasons, this Frabil Conservation Series unit has scooped up a few respectable brown bass for me. As well as some plus size 'other species' type creatures. It's light, sturdy, very maneuverable & extendable; although I rarely use that aspect of it. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003JSLWLQ/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Fish Hard A-Jay 1 Quote
Super User Spankey Posted June 3, 2021 Super User Posted June 3, 2021 Frabil generally has something for everyone. Don’t know the model no. but similar to what you are after. Quote
Super User webertime Posted June 3, 2021 Super User Posted June 3, 2021 I have a Bearpaw net that is very well built and pretty darn light too. They're very well priced too. Quote
Super User FishTank Posted June 3, 2021 Super User Posted June 3, 2021 Frabill Titanium Trout Nets are the lightest I have seen but they can be pricey. Quote
