what are these props?

This was from a boat on an auction site.  There are 3 props attached to the big gas motor.  Electric I think. I've never seen them before.  It is a 22ft bass boat.  What are they for and why and how much do they cost?  Thanks in advance.

That is some kind of rear drive trolling motor.  I have seen them before but never multiples only one unit.

WOW 165lbs plus your bow mount.  thanks.  I wouldn't think Cabelas would have such a specialized part.  I thought I knew their whole catalogue.
