I'd go with 200 lb braid, small nicks or rubbing will weaken braid. If you go with hollow braid, you can forgo the knot. We use 50 Wide Tiagras mostly. Sadly, sharking has not been great on this coast for a while. I like a heavy mono leader (400-600 lb) and short #19 single wire with a smallish hook.  Good luck out there.

Since I have long mono leader I did 130lb braid, I have 400lb on top of the mono 130. Lets see how it will do next weekend, My friend order a drone and he going to use his iron to send the bait for us. So I will have some update for you guys.

Yes I do stay at the beach, I bought few at the pier but the issue in pier is they will wrapped around and cut off, specially the bigger ones, Iland 4 feet shark from pier and load it up by crab net and some rope, it was heavyyyy XXXXXH, I almost wanted to let go and I am big guy.

so I decided to go to the beach so I can pull them all the way.

I have ordered RC boat already to send the chunk out 300 yards with no problem.

What type of RC boat do you use to send the chunk bait out?

Thank you for sharing @ATA. The Aquacat looks like a very nice RC boat to use.
