That looks like a dark sleeper jighead.  I'd use it for a tube.

 A pike tore the tail off a Dark Sleeper yesterday so I stripped it down to see what it'd look like.

If you get another ripped off tail, try what @The Bassman came up with.  I didn't have any of https://discounttackle.com/products/z-man-trd-spinz-tail-spinners-3-pack?_pos=1&_sid=3c47c6abd&_ss=r , so I took a small spinnerbait blade, a barrel swivel, a split ring, and a screw lock from a swimbait hook.  You can straight reel it or fish it like a regular dark sleeper, they catch fish!
