E_seckeler Posted May 15, 2021 Posted May 15, 2021 I had this small crankbait sitting at the bottom of my tackle box for years and never really used it, I decided to tie it on recently and started slamming decent fish (decent for a small pond) left and right. Had good luck with it for a couple days till it snapped off on a hookset. I've been looking all over for a replacement but there are no identifiers, that I can tell, and I just cant find it for the life of me. It was slow sinking, swam about 2-6 feet deep, had a really hard action, and a really loud rattle. Any ideas? https://drive.google.com/file/d/1HNBkn_ioizZ-iabe1BD6klm3aiI9GN5c/view?usp=drivesdk https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Hcv3ioZcowKxj_fZ_Z9FeL3LIhOTQiLP/view?usp=drivesdk https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Hr0XHAuGwgf2rv_gtM2hnO9prwE4ERB5/view?usp=drivesdk https://drive.google.com/file/d/1I8-ykNom4Bfj5wtwDkl_ZcLJ1HT0noXp/view?usp=drivesdk https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ICMbe0DtHvSCi0GXE2H-huc43zwiFa5_/view?usp=drivesdk Quote
Global Moderator Bluebasser86 Posted May 17, 2021 Global Moderator Posted May 17, 2021 It's a very amatuerish looking paint job. I'd guess it was a blank someone painted. I'd bet you could get something like a Bandit 200 or Strike King model 3 in a perch pattern and find very similar, if not better results. Quote
MAN Posted May 17, 2021 Posted May 17, 2021 That dorsal fin should make for an easy ID...having said that I have no idea who made it. Quote
Super User Deleted account Posted May 17, 2021 Super User Posted May 17, 2021 The pictures are a little tough, but I think I know what that is, but they don't make them anymore, and fleabay is the only place I see them. Quote
Luke Barnes Posted June 15, 2021 Posted June 15, 2021 The last pic it looks black. Did you paint over the perch pattern? Is it originally translucent? I have a very similar looking squarebill in color and build but that lip threw me. Quote
